Josh Spear, Trendspotting
Josh Spear, Trendspotting: "Moose for Obama
If moose had a say in this current presidential election, we think they’d vote for the candidate whose running mate didn’t spend a fair amount of their time gunning them down. Unfortunately, the species is not included involved in the democratic process, and thus have precious few votes to turn the tide in their favor. Luckily, Rob Forbes is giving them a chance to make a statement by selling their antlers to raise money through Moose for Obama. The DWR founder is collecting these extremely beautiful and durable artifacts, shed naturally, and giving all proceeds to the Obama campaign. Now buy some antlers, and rock the vote.

Gwen Ifill - Proud Bajan
Story by Amanda Lynch Foster - Nation News Gwen Ifill, Moderator with firm Bajan roots
Don't forget to pick up Ms. Ifill's book January of next year.
Tell 'em Why You Mad Son!!
Things are looking kinda dismal in the McCain world, all types of desperate measures to keep the campaign afloat. One of McCain's supporters is fighting mad, not with the economy, not with Obama, but with McCain's campaign. It seems what he really wants to say is how are you letting this S.O.B. murder you out there, lol.
Please don't take these polls for granted, get out there and VOTE November 4th. They're already setting up to try and steal the election with the ACORN fiasco, but remember, men lie, women lie, numbers don't.

Quote of the Day
Is Sarah Palin A Jump off?
Biko, of the Hip Hop 4 Prez blog over at SOHH,com. wonders if Sarah Palin was sending him subliminals last night with her flirtatious winks. It's either that or she has a serious tick, lol.

McCain says, "I Quit!"
Damn homie, you're giving up on a key battleground state? That can't be good. What's next, conceding Florida or PA? How about Ohio? I mean after last night's disastrous and down right scary performance by Sarah Palin ("I may not answer the questions you or the moderator wants...", WTF??), you might want to re consider this whole campaign thing, seriously.

Quote of the Day - Barack Obama on Hip Hop
"What I've appreciated, watching this hip-hop generation, is to see how entrepreneurial they've been. In the past, musicians oftentimes were commodities. They were just shuffled around. Obviously, they did well, but they didn't have the vision to say, 'I'm going to build a business, I'm going to build my own studio, I'm going to create my own production operations. I think they're a lot more sophisticated than in the past, and that is a wonderful thing. What I'm starting to see is them stretching out more and thinking about social responsibility and how they can impact the culture in a positive way, and I hope that continues."
Is Jay -Z a Potential Cabinet Member in Barack's Administration?
Could you imagine the vetting process for that? Lol..."I'm like fuck critics, they can kiss my whole asshole" - Jay-Z, 99 Problems...done, but I digress.
You don't hear Jay-Z and free in the same sentence too often, but big homie is in full stump mode for Obama this weekend. These two have a, what seems to be, sturdy relationship and Jay has been supporting the campaign for awhile, but he kicks it in overdrive this weekend with 2 free shows, one in Detroit and the other in Miami. With an album to promote, him doing various radio dates with Clear Channel stations amongst others, I'm sure we will see much more of this strong support for Obama from Jay Z. Good shit.
